In the past, Sutter Community Services District has mailed its customers a printed copy of the CCR to comply with the SDWA.  The State of California expanded its interpretation of the SDWA to allow for electronic delivery of the CCR.  In order to be environmentally and fiscally conscientious, Sutter Community Services District has moved to digital delivery of our annual report for calendar year 2025 via our website at www.sutterwater.com/CCR.
